What’s the embroidery order process like?

We pride ourselves on making the process easy peasy! The best way to get your project details is by filling out our inquiry form here. Once we get your details, we'll work with you to finalize any loose ends. Once we receive payment, we place your items on order & give you the signal when your project is ready for pick up.

What’s the embroidery turnaround time?

Embroidery services fluctuate between 2-3 weeks from date of payment. We'll always let you know during the order process if you should expect otherwise!

What is the embroidery minimum?

Our minimum amount for embroidered orders are 24 pieces with the same design.

One thing to remember is that flat surfaces and curved (ie: beanies vs baseball caps) can't be sewn simultaneously, so the minimum also applies to flat and curved items separately.

On the other hand, ordering in bulk is when you get the most savings. Although our minimum for custom embroidery is 24, there is no maximum amount we can't handle.

Do you do custom embroidery designs?

We sure do! Our art department would love to work with you to create a design for your project, check out our page on custom design here. Note that design fees and turnaround times vary depending on complexity.

Do you have an embroidery rush fee?
